Patient Satisfaction
Acuity Hospital of South Texas measures our patient’s satisfaction. At discharge, each patient is provided with a hospital survey and the results are reviewed and reported back to staff and leadership. Patients are asked to provide this feedback on the care they received during their hospital stay and their preparation for discharge. Each month the hospital reviews the survey results and the patient comments for opportunities to improve the quality of care and our commitment to patient safety.
