At Acuity Hospital of South Texas, we offer a warm, friendly, team environment. Since we are a 30-bed hospital, we have the advantage of being able to provide all of the support and leadership of the larger facilities in a "small town" atmosphere. Our nurse to patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5 depending on the complexity of our patients that day. We can immediately adjust our nursing ratio to meet the complex needs of our patients. We know that our staff is our most valued asset therefore we offer advanced educational programs and benefits to assist our staff to attain the highest level of professional development.
